Harvest Moon

September Full Moon is called a Harvest Moon. The Harvest Moon is the Full Moon nearest the September equinox, which occurs on September 23rd in 2019. We haven’t had clear evenings in Eastern North Carolina lately. In the beginning of the month, Hurricane Dorian make it present known. Followup on Strawberry Moon in June

Over the weekend there was a Full Moon on Sunday and Monday, June 16th and 17th.
