Sunrise at Fort Macon, Atlantic Beach, NC on 1st of September

The Full Moon in September peak after midnight on Wednesday morning, Sept. 2, 2020. The Moon will appear full from Monday evening through Thursday morning. The Moon was setting on Tuesday ( 1 Sep 2020) at 05:53 over the Atlantic Beach Fishing Pier.  I took the chance and drove to the coast to capture the event.  On Tuesday morning, the Moon phase was 99.5% Waxing Gibbous. On Wednesday (2 Sep 2020), the Moon will be setting too close to sunrise at 06:52.  The sunrise on the 2nd of September will be at 06:41.
