Call me a little squirrelly, because I can be restless and unpredictable, but I like get away from the house ands just take pictures. It was rainy all day and then around 3PM it cleared up. With the clouds in the sky, I thought I might be able to capture a nice sunset in the evening sky. It turn out that where the sun was setting, the sky was clear and to the east of me were the Cumulonimbus clouds. I was hoping for some Cirrocumulus or Stratocumulus clouds. It is was it is and I just made the best of it.
We had a warm spell and squirrel were out harvarting food for the next polar front to by.
I did capture the following sunset from the New Bern waterfront on the Trent River.
Footnote: I used my Nikon D7100 camera with the Nikon Nikkon DX AF-S 55-300mm 4.5-5.6 GED len
